Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate free shipping in over 200 countries and islands world wide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country, there are some location we are unable to ship. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
After your order has been processed, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! How do I place an Order?
First chose your lovely product in our store, add to cart and finally place an order via our supported payment methods. That's all.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! If you want to change/cancel any order then just contact with our support team immediately (within 2 hours) via (email/live chat). Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, Because when you will place your first order a new account will be create immediate. If you have an account then you can track your order easily from dashboard.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
How Can I Return a Product?
If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 15 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related costs to deliver a replacement. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
