Our Shipping/Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Estimated Processing & Shipping/Delivery Times

Please allow us 1 to 7 business days to process you order. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships. SuperShop365 does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date. Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information. While we are shipping physical goods so, please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at support@supershop365.com to review the status of your order. These are estimated delivery times.

Shipping Methods

We use world most popular shipping methods e.g FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS etc. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected. We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. SuperShop365 does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Customs & Regulations

Your local customs office may require additional documents, customs charge fee and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
